Terms and conditions of participation
On the announced event days, each guest is entitled to receive one raffle ticket at the reception of the relevant casino upon their first entry between 9:00 and 22:30. The ticket must be placed in the draw box with the assistance of staff.
Personal attendance is required to claim a prize. If the holder of the selected ticket does not come forward after the third announcement, they lose their right to that prize and a new ticket will be drawn. Drawn tickets are not returned to the box.
Gift tickets cannot be exchanged for cash and must be played in full on slot machines. They may be used only on the gaming day of issue and for the face value indicated, and expire at the end of that gaming day.
Casino management reserves the right to make changes.
