Terms and conditions of participation
Guests will receive one raffle ticket at reception upon their first entry, following registration, between 9:00 and 23:00 on November 21, 2026. Guests may place their ticket in the designated draw box with the assistance of staff. The collected tickets will be entered into the prize draws held on that gaming day.
Winners must be present at the venue at the time of the draw and must present the winning ticket. If the winner is not present or does not come forward within the specified time, a new winner will be drawn.
Important
Gift tickets cannot be exchanged for cash at the cashier’s desk; they must be played in full on slot machines. Gift tickets are valid and may be used only on the gaming day of issue and for the face value indicated. Gift tickets expire at the end of that gaming day.
The casino management reserves the right to make changes.
